  • What is the difference between “optioned” tour and “confirmed” tour? The “optioned” tour means that, in response to a request, its feasibility and/or availability is being checked; while “confirmed” tours mean that availability and/or feasibility are already been verified and payment, even a deposit, been made.
  • What does “ optioned” tour mean? The availability and feasibility of the request is verified and in no way implies its confirmation.
  • What does “confirmed” tour mean? It is tour for which a  deposit  or the full amount has been paid. For bookings requiring confirmation, you’ll have to wait for the booking confirmation email. Confirmation will arrive  within 72 hours of receipt of the booking request
  • I’m not sure, can I still opt for a tour?  Sure! You can safely opt out of the tour and cancel the option if you’re no longer interested.
  • How do I make the option lapse? It is  very simple: just do not confirm the payment
  • I confirmed a tour but changed my mind or date  It is possible to change tours or dates without penalty up to 48 hours before the start of the tour itself.
  • Can I cancel my tour/booking? You can cancel a confirmed tour up to 24 hours before the start by charging only for the costs incurred for booking tickets and visits;
  • My reservation has been cancelled, what do I do?  You will be offered another date or the full amount will be refunded.
  • Is my payment secure?  Yes, it is. We use an online payment system that is internationally recognized and completely secure. This system protects against scams and unauthorized transactions by encrypting your payment information.
  • I left my credit card number In case the booking is not confirmed, you will not be charged any amount on the chosen payment method.
  • Can I make changes to my booking? It depends on the type of change required
  • Why should I book in advance? To avoid the risk of no longer finding availability especially now in the post-COVID19 period where places for boat, catamaran, rubber dinghy excursions and as regards transfers are very limited.

  • Why include the transfer? To avoid unnecessary waste of time looking for a parking space with related costs and arrive directly at the meeting point of the tour.
